Who you are contracting with
Pharma-Edu-Aid is operated by Holistic Digital Solutions Limited ("we", "us"), the seller of the services described here. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
Educational use only
Pharma-Edu-Aid content, including AI tutor responses, is provided for pharmacy education and exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used for clinical diagnosis, prescribing or patient treatment. AI-generated output can be inaccurate — always verify it against authoritative sources before relying on it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the region and academic level you select, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Licence and intellectual property
Holistic Digital Solutions Limited owns the service and all intellectual property in it, including the question banks, explanations, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription and renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Order processing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Regional pricing
Local Price Economy discounts are applied automatically based on the region you select during onboarding and the country detected at checkout. We may verify your region and adjust pricing at renewal.
Refunds
Our refund policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund through Paddle, is set out at pharmaeduaid.com/refund-policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to scrape the question bank, resell or redistribute content, share account credentials, infringe intellectual property, probe or interfere with security, or submit abusive, fraudulent or automated messages through the contact form or AI tutor.
Service availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export or delete your data using the tools in your profile.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Changes
